BYD has quickly built visibility in Austria and brought strong models to the market. What was still missing was an emotional anchor. With “We bring dreams to the road,” we translated Build Your Dreams into a campaign idea that makes technological strength tangible and gives the brand greater emotional relevance.
How do you turn a strong product brand into a brand that truly matters to people?
BYD is perceived as innovative and technologically leading. At the same time, many people still lack an emotional connection to the brand. The task was therefore to move BYD beyond pure model communication and create a unifying idea that builds meaning, trust and recognition.


What sounds like the future for others is already on the road with BYD.
Our lever was a shift in perspective: we tell key product benefits not as technical arguments, but as things that almost sound too good to be true.
That is exactly where the idea comes in: what first feels like wishful thinking becomes reality with BYD. This also shaped the format: questions that work as standalone teasers and are then resolved in the next step with the model and a concrete benefit.

A campaign platform that brings brand and models together.
The guiding idea became a campaign platform that can be extended from image communication all the way down to product level. “We bring dreams to the road” translates Build Your Dreams into a story that is emotionally accessible and clearly strengthens BYD as a brand.
